    A: 1SweetStore offers limited-time deals on steeply discounted items, featuring one sale at a time. To sweeten the deal, we also offer amazing side bargains.
  2. Q: I see a deal I like, how do I buy it?
    A: When you see a hot deal you want to buy, select the quantity, and click on the “buy” button, you can then checkout with your purchases. You can choose to checkout directly, or set up a new account to view your order status and history.
  3. Q: How long does a deal last?
    A: Our sweet deals last one week each. We update our deals at noon every Thursday. So now you know when to check back with us for more great savings. Then, get exlusive coupons when you sign up for our email newsletters and stay updated on the latest sale items!
  4. Q: Can I buy the deals in bulk at a cheaper price?
    A: Sorry, since all merchandise is already deeply discounted and inventory is limited, we have to set a cap on the quantity per order so more people can enjoy our sweet deals.
  5. Q: What are the side deals?
    A: We spotlight one main deal at a time, and sometimes our spotlight deal sells out before its one-week run. So we also offer a lineup of side deals to make sure you never run out of savings to enjoy.
  6. Q: How can I get rebates from my purchases?
    A: As the sibling store of OneSuite.com, a prepaid telecom service, 1SweetStore wants to offer you more opportunities to save, so we pamper our OneSuite customers with a 5% rebate on their 1SweetStore purchase.

    So if you already have a OneSuite account, when signing up for a new 1SweetStore account, just provide your OneSuite regular account user ID in the indicated field. Your 5% (of the item’s listed price, not including shipping or tax) rebate will be deposited to the Bonus Center in your previously entered OneSuite.com account, 30 days after your purchase.

  7. Q: I see stickers on some product images, what are those?
    A: We may sometimes sweeten up our deals with promotional coupons, like a fine restaurant sweetening up your meal with a complementary “petit four” confection. The stickers you see then, are our petit fours.

    Some examples of when you might be receiving your petit four:

    • Instant Sweetener: coupons offering instant rebates at check out, which can be % discount or $ amount

Shipping

    A: 1SweetStore ships items via the US Postal Service.
  2. Q: Where do you ship to?
    A: We currently ship to the U.S. 50 States. We try our best to extend the aloha spirit and noserub affections to our friends off the contiguous states; however, due to USPS Zoning, Alaska and Hawaii shipping charges may be higher with the Priority Mail method.
  3. Q: How much is shipping?
    A: Shipping fees will vary by destination and the weight of your ordered merchandise. Your shipping fee will be noted in the shopping cart, once you’ve entered your shipping destination.
  4. Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    A: Usually within 7 business days, but that also depends on the reliability of the U.S. Postal Office.
  5. Q: Can I list a PO Box as my shipping address?
    A: We do not ship to PO Boxes, sorry.
  6. Q: Can I return my item?
    A: Unlike other daily deal sites, we respect our customers’ rights and will accept returns within 15 calendar days of order date. However, our pricing means we do not have the extra resources to accommodate possible buyer’s remorse. Therefore, a restocking fee of $3.00 per item or 20% of sales price, whichever is higher, will be required to process the returns. The shipping cost will be at your expense. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please see our Store Policy for details.
